Industrial Exposure Training at Nandha Infotech

       Hello everyone! I am Charu Roopa, pursuing B.COM ECOM at Sri Krishna Arts and Science College. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to embark on an enlightening journey through Industrial Exposure Training (IET) at Nandha Infotech. This experience allowed me to delve into the intricacies of corporate functioning by exploring four key departments within the organization: Finance, HR, Research and Development (R&D), and Marketing.

Finance Department: My journey began in the Finance department, where I delved into the realm of financial management. Here, I had the privilege to learn about agriculture consultation and fee estimation practices.I Witnessed the meticulous calculations and strategic decision-making involved in financial operations.

HR Department:

Transitioning to the Human Resources department, I gained a deeper understanding of the crucial role played by HR in organizational success from HR operations to employee engagement strategies.

Research and Development (R&D) Department: My exploration continued in the Research and Development department, where I engaged in researching soil monitoring products. This hands-on experience allowed me to delve into innovative solutions and technological advancements aimed at addressing real-world challenges.

Marketing Department: In the Marketing department, I uncovered the art and science of brand promotion and customer engagement and I learned organic to inorganic marketing strategies.

I am immensely grateful to Nandha Infotech for graciously hosting me during my IET and providing me with a platform to gain practical insights into diverse facets of corporate operations. This experience has not only enhanced my technical skills and domain knowledge but has also instilled in me a deeper appreciation for the complexities of the business world. Armed with newfound experiences and learnings, I am excited to apply these insights to my future endeavors and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving landscape of commerce and industry.
